First Lesson Prep — Please Read Before We Meet

Thank you for signing up for a lesson. To make our first session as productive as possible, please take a few minutes to review the info below before your scheduled time.

Videos to Upload (OnForm)

Before your first lesson, please record short videos from three different angles if possible. These views help give the best overall feedback.

if you’re only able to upload one or two angles, the most important view is a right-side or left-side interior angle.
This angle allows for proper evaluation — just avoid filming directly from behind.

Please make sure your videos are:



• Clear and well-lit
  
  
• Steady
  
  
• Long enough to show full movement
  
  

Where to Upload

After you book your lesson, you’ll receive an OnForm access link/code via text or email from me.

All videos should be uploaded directly into OnForm, where you’ll also be able to:

• Watch all video instructions
  
  
• Upload your own videos
  
  
• View feedback and session materials
  
  

Please have your videos uploaded before your lesson so we can use our time efficiently.
